Our website tracks your shopping cart contents and calculates the P&P charge when you complete your order.
Northen Ireland / Scottish Highlands and Islands customers need to select the correct region when adding an address to ensure the correct shipping method is used.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Standard Parcel service depending on weight. Delivery in the UK by these methods usually takes between 3-7 working days.
In the unlikely event that you do need to return goods to us, please help speed up the procedure by following our guidelines.
You need to return the goods to us before we can replace them or reimburse you. Please contact us either by emailing info@shopping4organics.co.uk for a returns authorisation number before returning items to us.
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Any returned goods should be promptly sent back to us in its original packaging and in the condition that it was received. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage. Under no circumstances must items be continued to be used when damaged, as this could be dangerous and you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
RETURNS
You can claim a full refund or exchange (less postage and packing) on any item purchased from our mail order department if it is returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging within 14 days.
Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and consider insuring your parcel in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit. Please ensure that all items returned are appropriately packaged to prevent damage in transit. Refunds will be made directly to the person/company that originally paid for the goods, either by cheque or by credit card according to the original payment method. Please note that Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty/damaged or incorrectly supplied item |
